BattleSpace: Commerical Service Launch Event

Greetings Space Commanders,

The wait is over! Commercial service for our no-download game, BattleSpace, is beginning today at 6:00 P.M., PDT. To celebrate our Official Launch of this game, we have some exciting events lined up for you!

Bonus for Crowns
From May 24th to June 11th, players who spend 7,000 Crowns or more will receive 300 Honor Medals. Players who spend 21,000 Crowns or more will receive 300 Honor Medals + a Special Commander, Godwin. This offer is good for one prize per Atlus Online ID.  For example, if a player spends 30,000 Crowns, he/she will receive 300 Honor Medals and a Special Commander, Godwin.

Race to Level 10
From May 24th to June 11th, players who reach Level 5 to 9 will receive 100 Honor Medals. Players who reach Level 10 or higher will receive 100 Honor Medals and a Ship Parts Set (αx 20, βx 4, γx 2). Please note players who have reached these levels before Official Launch will be eligible to receive these prizes.

Commanders EXP Up!
From May 24th to June 11th, all commanders in game will earn +20% EXP during this period. This is our way of ensuring all players can celebrate the official release of our no-download game, BattleSpace, regardless of if they have the time to participate in other events!

Speed Through the Universe
From May 24th to June 11th, all ships will receive an extra 20% boost in speed for the duration of this campaign. Prizes for these events will be distributed to your account during the maintenance of June 11th.

Hey there, Knights fans!

This event has now ended. Please check A Knight’s Letter again after E3 for more chances to win drops for metamorphosis! All drops for this event will be distributed during maintenance.

We missed A Knight’s Letter last week due to the overwhelming demands of BattleSpace. Now that we’re officially launching into space, we can return to the floating castles of Odyssya!

Today’s maintenance includes more Gacha Heroes, boasting the beautiful art of The Crystal War. To celebrate, we wanted to give players the opportunity to try out the Metamorphosis System. The Flailing Monkey wasn’t aware the metamorphosis items weren’t in-game yet… But now it’s time to fix that! :)

By participating in this week’s questionnaire, you can get metamorphose goodies in your Knights inbox.

The Rules
Simply comment on this post with answers to the questionnaire. You must answer all questions to qualify. All participants receive a small prize, while random lucky winners qualify for a bigger prize. Contest ends next A Knight’s Letter, 5/31 at 4:00 P.M., PDT.

The Prize
You will receive a small prize just for participating. Depending on community feedback, we will also give away some bigger prizes!

  • All participants will receive a Lime Drop, good for metamorphosing two Common Heroes into an Uncommon.
  • For every 10 commenters (1-10, 11-20, etc.), we will select a random winner for an Aqua Drop, good for metamorphosing two Uncommon Heroes into a Rare.
  • If we reach 50 unique commenters, we will select one random winner for a Ruby Drop, good for metamorphosing two Rare Heroes into a Super Rare!
  • If we reach 100 unique commenters, we will select one random winner for a Gold Drop, good for metamorphosing two Super Rare Heroes into an SR+!

Hey there, MegaTeners!

This contest has now ended. We will make another blog post later today, once we’ve redeemed the prizes for the winners of the event. We appreciate your overwhelming interest!

You rocked our baboon butts with the You Tell Us! questionnaire. We got five times as many participants as we expected. This flailing monkey really loves you! We’ll send out the rewards to the winners during today’s maintenance, then wrap everyone’s feedback in pink tissue paper and glittery ribbons for our management team.

Now it’s time to celebrate this overwhelming success with a bigger and better event!

Mega Haiku

We’ve gotten bunches of short story entries from the MegaTen community, despite our lackluster choices for rewards. For those of you who didn’t want to enter because, “Eww, cameo,” here’s another opportunity to bust out your writing skills!

The Rules
Reply to this thread with a haiku that incorporates one or more of the following words:

  • Mega
  • Demon
  • Imagine

Taken from dictionary.com: hai·ku, non, a major form of Japanese verse, written in 17 syllables divided into 3 lines of 5, 7, and 5 syllables, and employing highly evocative allusions and comparisons, often on the subject of nature or one of the seasons.

Only one entry per player, please! Make sure to include your e-mail in your comment. Feel free to deviate from themes of nature, even if it’s non-traditional. Contest ends next Demon Diary, 5/30, at 11:00 A.M., PDT.

Incense of Mastery!

Prize amounts are determined by how many entries we receive. It’s tiered in two ways:

- 1 prize for every 10 entries (ex., 1-10, 1 prize; 11-20, 2 prizes; etc.), max 15 prizes
- 1 incense for every 30 entries (ex., 1-30, 1 incense per winner; 31-60, 2 incense per winner; etc.), max 5 incense per winner

So the more the community participates, the bigger the reward! Spread the word. We could end up giving away 75 incenses if we get 150 entries! Also, we totally heard your call for Ariadne Thread, but that starred in What’s Your Codename. Alas!

State of the Nations | Balance Incoming!

For this week’s State of the Nations, let’s cut to the chase and look at these results:

Kingdom stomped.

Kingdom took the numbers again.

Kingdom dominated the Zealot Wars.

Kingdom held top attendance for Sieghelm, too.

So what does this all mean? Like last week, Kingdom was the predominant powerhouse for the battlefront, and while ATLUS ONLINE likes the idea of a nation doing well, we started to question the balance within the game.

That’s why, for this week’s maintenance, we’ve made some tweaks to try to level the playing field! Hopefully everyone sees improvements. We’re sure Kingdom looks forward to a challenge, too.

You Tell Us! | Pandora Saga Questionnaire

Greetings, Pandora adventurers!

This event has ended. We will redeem prizes to the two randomly chosen winners during today’s maintenance! Check back with the blog soon for another chance to participate in a Pandora Saga event.

As mentioned in yesterday’s post, we’re introducing the You Tell Us! event to Pandora Saga. After it’s overwhelming success for MegaTen, we’re hoping to get valuable feedback from our Pandorians! This is our way of getting to know your experiences and expectations for our beloved free MMORPG.

The Rules
All you have to do is fill out the questionnaire (with e-mail address)! Event ends next Pandora Press update, 5/29, at 11:00 A.M., PDT.

The Prizes
We’ll pick random commenters to receive a free Premium One-Day Ticket, good towards 24 hours of delicious bonuses: +30% EXP, +20% item drop rate, -20% crafting fees, -2% death penalty, and increased crafting proficiency rate. We’ll distribute one ticket for every ten participants… So if we get 120 entries, that’s 12 Premium One-Day Tickets!

We’ll also read all the entries, so even if you don’t win, this is your chance to give valuable feedback to our online team.

Introducing the You Tell Us! Event

Greetings, ATLUS ONLINE fans!

Last week, we launched the You Tell Us! event for MegaTen. The event’s scheduled to end on Wednesday, 5/23, with a free Character Ticket for every 10 entries. The community wowed us with 120 participants—and there’s still two days to go!

Due to the overwhelming success of the You Tell Us! | MegaTen Questionnaire, we’re looking into hosting the same event for Pandora Saga. Crack your knuckles and prepare for the next ATLUS ONLINE blog event with tomorrow’s entry.

Today’s the Open Beta Launch!

Today’s the Open Beta Launch!

Today’s an exciting event here at BattleBridge! The Open Beta launch into the stars is scheduled to begin 6:00 P.M., PDT.

All players who participate in the Open Beta of no download game BattleSpace will receive this megagalactic commander:

In addition, Open Beta players enjoy the following bonuses till 5/24 at 6:00 P.M., PDT:

- Increased resources production
- Increased ship parts drop rate

The Flailing Monkey even heard rumors that the bonus is significant… around 20% higher than normal. ;)

If you’re looking for an event to help kick start your exploration into space, we’re hosting a Race to Build a Union with a chance to earn 300 Honor Medals! (That’s three chances at fusing your commanders into a super commander. Serious business.)

The rules of the race are simple: the first 5 Unions who invite 19 members—for a total of 20, including the Union President—will receive 300 Honor Medals. All members get the benefits of this reward.

State of the Nations | No Change in Scenery

State of the Nations | No Change in Scenery

Welcome to the third blog entry for State of the Nations, your latest statistics for free MMORPG Pandora Saga! The tepid, summer days have slowed the shift of between nations, for a lackluster change from last week.

In Clash, we experienced a slight decline in Empire percentages, with Varik and Kingdom bringing more to the table. Other than this morning’s war (go Varik!), Kingdom dominated CotN throughout the week. Sounds familiar, right?

Invasion of the Zealots experienced a different turn than the previous week, with Kingdom overthrowing the golem count, and Varik not far behind. Even though Empire didn’t make the cut, they took out their fair share of golems. So grats to all attendees!

The War of Dominion was a real bloodbath. Kingdom held up a stalwart defense against the invading forces of Varik, claiming victory not just for Clash, but for Zealot Wars as well!

While we’d like to report some variety in Siege of Sieghelm, Kingdom claimed victory here as well! Huge kudos to Kingdom for nearly winning all the wars this week, and applause to all warriors who fought in the name of their nation.
