Technical Side of Knights

The world of Odyssya is plagued by more than bandits and war!

For adventurers who have encountered technical difficulties with quest coordinates, game freezes, and stuck ships in our free MMORPG, Knights of the Sky… you’re in luck. As of the 7/26 patch, we’ve restored balance to the technical side of Knights. Log in to the restored world to experience changes like:

- Coordinates for critical quests
- Functional ships
- Smooth gameplay, without freezes or staggers
- Other miscellaneous bug fixes

To celebrate, we’ve introduced Legacy Gacha, a throwback to happier times. Now you can Gacha for as low as 1400 Crowns ($2) and enjoy the exclusive Hero artwork of Knights of the Sky! We’ve also included the all-new Hero Gacha VIII for a limited time.

BattleSpace: Commerical Service Launch Event

Greetings Space Commanders,

The wait is over! Commercial service for our no-download game, BattleSpace, is beginning today at 6:00 P.M., PDT. To celebrate our Official Launch of this game, we have some exciting events lined up for you!

Bonus for Crowns
From May 24th to June 11th, players who spend 7,000 Crowns or more will receive 300 Honor Medals. Players who spend 21,000 Crowns or more will receive 300 Honor Medals + a Special Commander, Godwin. This offer is good for one prize per Atlus Online ID.  For example, if a player spends 30,000 Crowns, he/she will receive 300 Honor Medals and a Special Commander, Godwin.

Race to Level 10
From May 24th to June 11th, players who reach Level 5 to 9 will receive 100 Honor Medals. Players who reach Level 10 or higher will receive 100 Honor Medals and a Ship Parts Set (αx 20, βx 4, γx 2). Please note players who have reached these levels before Official Launch will be eligible to receive these prizes.

Commanders EXP Up!
From May 24th to June 11th, all commanders in game will earn +20% EXP during this period. This is our way of ensuring all players can celebrate the official release of our no-download game, BattleSpace, regardless of if they have the time to participate in other events!

Speed Through the Universe
From May 24th to June 11th, all ships will receive an extra 20% boost in speed for the duration of this campaign. Prizes for these events will be distributed to your account during the maintenance of June 11th.

Hey there, Knights fans!

This event has now ended. Please check A Knight’s Letter again after E3 for more chances to win drops for metamorphosis! All drops for this event will be distributed during maintenance.

We missed A Knight’s Letter last week due to the overwhelming demands of BattleSpace. Now that we’re officially launching into space, we can return to the floating castles of Odyssya!

Today’s maintenance includes more Gacha Heroes, boasting the beautiful art of The Crystal War. To celebrate, we wanted to give players the opportunity to try out the Metamorphosis System. The Flailing Monkey wasn’t aware the metamorphosis items weren’t in-game yet… But now it’s time to fix that! :)

By participating in this week’s questionnaire, you can get metamorphose goodies in your Knights inbox.

The Rules
Simply comment on this post with answers to the questionnaire. You must answer all questions to qualify. All participants receive a small prize, while random lucky winners qualify for a bigger prize. Contest ends next A Knight’s Letter, 5/31 at 4:00 P.M., PDT.

The Prize
You will receive a small prize just for participating. Depending on community feedback, we will also give away some bigger prizes!

  • All participants will receive a Lime Drop, good for metamorphosing two Common Heroes into an Uncommon.
  • For every 10 commenters (1-10, 11-20, etc.), we will select a random winner for an Aqua Drop, good for metamorphosing two Uncommon Heroes into a Rare.
  • If we reach 50 unique commenters, we will select one random winner for a Ruby Drop, good for metamorphosing two Rare Heroes into a Super Rare!
  • If we reach 100 unique commenters, we will select one random winner for a Gold Drop, good for metamorphosing two Super Rare Heroes into an SR+!

Double Battle Achievement Weekend

Greetings, Shadowlanders!

This last weekend, we hosted a Double Battle Achievement event to kick Shadowland Online off with a bang. If you missed it, never fear!—the same event is running next weekend, May 18th – 20th. Get your achievements in for your new favorite no-download game, then kick back and enjoy the summer with a snappin’ glass of lemonade.

Here’s some Shadowland Online excitement to expect in the future:

Happy Monday, ATLUS ONLINE friends!

We have so many contests, promotions, and dance parties going on this week, it seemed like the perfect opportunity to put together a reference! Use this to-do list to take advantage of all the events available for our free MMORPGs and no-download games.

  1. Short Story Contest – Our blog-sponsored event is at the top, of course. :) We’re still accepting submissions for the Short Story Contest till the end of the month! Write about any of our free MMORPGs or no-download games for a chance to win an awesome prize package for all our titles.
  2. Raptr Rewards – Play with Raptr, get free Crowns. How cool is that?
  3. BattleSpace Open Beta – Get exclusive access to our a new no download game… just for signing up! The date for the OB launch into space is coming soon.

Newb Diary | Gryphons vs. Dragons

Not gonna lie—blue is an epic color. Which is why when this Flailing Monkey jumped into my first no download game, I ended up with gryphons.

I was convinced these were the hot, new thing; gryphons were why I continued to play Knights of the Sky. Gryphon-based Heroes were why I checked the Tavern every day. (Hey, we all have our weird perks that attract us to games.)

You can imagine the horror when I walked by a Federation tester’s desk. “What is this?” I asked. “You have dragons?”

“Oh yeah,” he replied. “They’re amazing.”

This was a newb’s oversight. I’d gotten so engrossed in my gryphon army—the whole no download game experience and all—I hadn’t considered the possibility of other equivalently amazing units.

If you’re part of the Empire, get ready for dragon action. If you’re in the Federation…

How are you living without gryphons?

Gryphon units provide distinct advantages in the Knights of the Sky strategy game system:

  • Mobility—take out those back row units with ease
  • Defense—while not as high as infantry, golems, etc., it’s an improvement to other units that attack long-ranged, such as casters
  • Hotness—no other unit looks cooler on the battlefield!
I’ve gotten reports from our more veteran Knights of the Sky staff that if you level your gryphons high enough, they come equipped with a shiny chestplate. Yowza!

My dragon, it’s better than yours…

Dragons are so pimpin’, you can’t help but like them, even when they’re kicking your butt.

Like the gryphons, the moment I steeped myself in the Federation, my sole purpose was working towards that full-fledged dragon army. It might not be the most strategic way to go about things, but picture the intimidation factor.

If you haven’t tried it out yet, give the flying army a go! And it never hurts to create a second ATLUS ONLINE account to give the other side a whirl.

Crystal War: Phase Three


Welcome, Lords of the skies! We’re rolling out another huge patch for Knights of the Sky today, including:

  • Hero Union System—use your unwanted Heroes to enhance and metamorphose your militia
  • Updated quest text
  • More Gacha Heroes
  • Dozens of bug fixes

We plan to rock the overtime into the wee hours of the night, so expect extended maintenance from 4 P.M., PDT to 10 P.M., PDT. But the wait is worth it! Our fantasy no-download flash game will sport more content than ever before, for new and seasoned players alike.

The Hero Union System gives players the chance to “Enhance Heroes,” increasing stats, or “Metamorphose Heroes,” bolstering rarity. This is the only way to unlock the SR+ rarity! For players who enjoy the new feature, we also have a similar “Commander Synthesis” option in our sci-fi no-download flash game, BattleSpace.
